Welcome to Kitehouse!
Kitehouse is an all-in-one Incident management for student accommodation where it gives teams instant access to resident data and clear workflows, reducing admin time and improving accuracy across day-to-day issues.
If you see this article, this means you were invited to Kitehouse. Here's how to get your account up and ready!
Wait for an Email from Kitehouse
Once your Site Administrator has added you to Kitehouse, an invitation containing your initial login credentials will be sent to the email address provided.
Please monitor your inbox to complete your account creation. If the email does not appear within a few minutes, kindly check your spam or junk folder.

Change your Password
Once you've received your email, sign in at https://app.kitehouse.co.uk/auth with the email and one-time password provided in the email.
For account security, you'll need to change your password when you first log into Kitehouse.
We recommend choosing a password that is hard to guess but easy for you to remember.
Avoid using personal information, such as your birthday, or reusing the same password across multiple accounts.
Change your Preferences
When you first sign into Kitehouse, you can click your account photo found on the upper-left corner of the app and clicking the option called Account.
Under Account Settings, you can upload a new profile photo.
Under Preferences, you can:
Enable Push Notifications
Use Colour Blind patterns to distinguish colours in the site.
Use Mail Links when sending an email instead of copying their email address to your clipboard.
